Description

  • Porcelain, gilt-bronze
one in the shape of two conjoined vases with wavy sides and flattened bodies, finely painted with lotus flowers against a leafy ground, the other painted with figures and a cockerel among palm trees, flowers and rockwork, gilt-bronze mounts

Condition

There is wear to the enamels on both snuff bottles. The one on the right of the catalogue illustration with polished fritts to the rims.
