the top with a Backgammon game board, opening by two drawers and two boards, with two candlesticks ; the removable top missing

Condition

The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. There are the inevitable dents, marks and scratches due to age and use. There are some old traces of wax and water stains.  The handles of both game boards are missing. The top game tray is missing.  The ormolu elements of the end of each foot are later. As stated in the saleroom notice, it is ivory inlaid and not bone.
