with inverted armrests, with interlacing and rosettes on sabre legs, upholstered with blue and yellow silk

Condition

The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. Good overall condition. There are the minor inevitable dents, marks and scratches due to age and use. The construction is firm. There are some minor chips and rubbed areas to the gilding, revealing the white gesso and the wood underneath. The silk is in overall good condition.
