Condition

The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. There are the inevitable dents, marks and scratches due to age and use. There are traces of old restorations, especially to the feet which have been elevated with new pieces of mahogany and castors. There are some shrinkage cracks and construction cracks to the three square tops and the two drawers (especially one crack to the central top). Two easel supports need to be refixed. Six removable candlesticks are missing. The construction is loose. A very unusual and elegant table.
