With Mars’ bust on a pedestal with one branch and a shade ; (pierced and drilled for electricity ; the shades later, some losses and restorations to the lacquered metal)
Condition
The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. There are the inevitable dents, marks and scratches due to age and use. There are chips and losses to the lacquered metal and to the gilding. The gilding is rubbed and tarnished. There are some restorations to the lacquered metal. As stated in the catalogue, the shades are later. The pair of wall-lights is pierced and drilled for electricity. Please note that we do not guarantee that the electrical system is in working order, it has to be checked by a professional electrician. Elegant pair of wall-lights.
