probably from a mythological group, striding with his head turned to his right and his left hand extended, and wearing a belt, bandolier, and chlamys fastened with a circular brooch on the chest, his hair surmounted by a diadem

Condition

Fragmentary as shown. Surface cleaned down to raw metal and somewhat worn. Nose chipped. Small areas of dark green corrosion. Several spots of possible bronze disease. Fragmentaire. Surface nettoyée jusqu'à faire apparaitre par endroits le métal d’origine et quelque peu usée. Eclats au nez. Petites zones de corrosion vert foncé. Quelques taches plus claires dues peut-être à la maladie du bronze.
