Condition

The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. Good overall condition. There are the inevitable dents, marks and scratches due to age and use. The veneer is sunfaded, with some minor lifting areas. The gilding is rubbed and tarnished. There are some surface scratches to the granit top. There is one restored crack to the granit top. An impressive gueridon, very decorative.
