Condition
Fairly good condition overall with surface dirt, notably in the crevices, and minor chips along the edges of the base and to the high points consistent with age and handling. His two big toes appear to have been reattached with a joint visible and a small lack along the joint to his proper left toe. The rear tip of his bow is partly missing. Stable hairline firing fissures are visible at several places, consistent with the material. The puppet on his raised proper left hand has been broken and reattached with a joint visible and small lacks along the break. The ebonized wooden base with minor chips and losses to the paint; notably along the edges.
