the rectangular top with a leather, the frieze with three front drawers and one drawer as a safe, two lateral writing slides, on fluted and tapered legs; (restorations)

Condition

The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. There are the inevitable dents, marks and scratches due to age and use. One element under the central drawer needs to be refixed. There are minor tears and wears, scratches to the leather, The leather is later. The gilt bronze elements are later. 3 mouldings of the right hand side drawers are missing. There are some restorations to the veneer. The bureau plat was probably previously a cylinder desk.
