- one signed l.l. and the other l.r.: Ade.Breanksi.Jun, both signed, inscribed and titled on the reverse
- both oil on canvas
- each 60cm by 39cm., 24 by 16in.
Condition
Both works have not been lined. The works appear to be in good overall condition and are clean and ready to hang.
Slopes of Ben Venue:
UV light inspection reveals a small area of retouching to the lower centre of the canvas, next to the standing figure. Further area of retouching to the lower right- hand corner and another minor area of retouching to the bank of the river in the lower left-hand quadrant.
Evening:
UV light inspection reveals no signs of any retouching or restoration.
Both held in decorative gilt frames.
