Condition
The canvas has been relined. There is a pattern of hairline craquelure throughout. Ultra-violet light reveals scattered strokes and spots of cosmetic retouching, mainly addressing the aforementioned craquelure. However, it should be noted that these appear to have been finely applied and are not visible to the naked eye. Overall, this work is in good condition and ready to hang.
Presented in a decorative gilt frame with a nameplate.
