the glass bottle and diamond-set cap with continuing swirling flutes, the top of cap set with an oval enamel plaque painted with a putto playing pipes on a translucent red ground, diamond thumbpiece, maker's mark, other control marks illegible

Overall good condition and charming, would benefit from cleaning. One diamond slightly pushed in.
