wood rectangular body with hinged vaulted cover, chains for securing, the exterior decorated throughout with lacquered polychrome bouquets, scenic panels and gold C-scrolls, interior of lid with en-suite design, fitted wood painted detachable tray

Condition

In generally good condition, few nicks, some associated re-painting, interior painted orange (probably at a later date), a tear and further tears to the painted paper panel in interior tray, orange to underside also possibly repainted at later date, metal brass knop at front, as viewed.
