of rectangular form, with crimson silk velvet ground and beige silk and metal thread rows of carnation fan palmettes emanating from tulips, mounted on stretcher with linen backing

Condition

Set on linen backing, framed, voided velvet in good condition, vestiges of metal thread remaining, some areas with minor consolidation, a stain to lower left-hand side carnation, as viewed.
