Arabic manuscript on paper, 365 leaves, 7 lines to the page, written in elegant muhaqqaq in black ink, the intervening lines in black naskh, incomplete, gold and polychrome verse markers, 11 surah headings in polychrome thuluth script against a gold ground decorated with scrolls issuing a medallion into the margin, unbound and many folios loose

Condition

The manuscript is now un-bound with many folios loose, incomplete, various water stains and other stains throughout, many pages with tears and cut, many areas where originally were surah headings or a verse markers have been cut out, smudges to the ink, as viewed.
