d'officier civil de premier rang, finement brodée d'une grue aux ailes déployées volant dans un dense décor de nuages stylisés et rehaussés de fils d'or et d'argent sur fond bleu foncé
Condition
The rank badge is in overall very good condition. It is set within a paper border and secured to the paper frame with a few drops of adhesive. There is a light vertical fold running through the middle.The colours are fresh and the embroidery is without losses.
