aux côtés arrondis s'élargissant vers des bords évasés, vivement peints d'un dragon vert et d'un rouge arpentant le pourtour extérieur et interrompus par deux phénix en vol, le tout sous une fine bande d'emblèmes bajixiang, le bassin agrémenté d'un médaillon encerclant un dragon rouge à la poursuite de la perle enflammée, marque apocryphe Kangxi à six caractères dans un double cercle en bleu sous couverte à la base (2)

Provenance

Acquired by the grandfather of the present owner in Shanghai in 1934. 

Condition

There are some losses to the green enamels, particularly to one of the dragon's feet and claw on one bowl, and minor wear to the iron-red painting. There is very minor overall wear to the enamels and glaze. There is a small, ca. 0.5cm wide area of kiln grit adhering to the exterior of the foot on one bowl.
