Condition

This work appears to be in generally good overall condition. The shallow scratches towards the upper and lower margins and the rusty areas are inherent to the artist's choice of media.

Catalogue Note

"I am against Andy Warhol’s world and today’s epigones. I want to restore the atmosphere experienced by the Cubists. I am against the paralyzing condition to which the post-war led us. I search instead into the fragments (emotional and formal) the dispersed history. I am against the aesthetics of the catastrophe; I am a partisan of happiness."
