Condition

The sheet is attached to the mount with tape at the edges and corners in various places on the reverse. There is light wear to the edges and corners, most notably the margin in the upper half of the left edge which has folded in on itself. There are several small tears in places in the margins, most of which have been repaired. The sheet is undulating slightly and there is light creasing throughout, notably a vertical crease just to the left of centre in the upper half of the composition and smaller diagonal creases through the lower right corner. There are handling marks at the edges and an annotation in pink pencil in the margin in the lower left corner. The sheet has discoloured in line with age and there is a light layer of surface dirt. Held behind Perspex in a black wooden frame. Unexamined out of frame.
