Condition
The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration although the overall tonality is lighter in the original work. Moreover, the edges tend more towards white than blue.
The work is executed on its original canvas and is not relined.
Under Ultra Violet light inspection there is no evidence of restoration.
Aside from some extremely fine cracks in very few areas, this work is in excellent condition.
