worked recumbent with its head turned sharply backwards, its beak clutching a gnarled leafy branch issuing a pair of peaches, the wings finely incised with feathers, the stone of an even white tone

Condition

The group is in overall good condition with expected insignicanf nicks to the edges, including the tips of one leaf and twig. The catalogue illustration is slightly more yellow than the actual colour of the stone. There are tiny bruises and natural flaws to the stone.
