Condition
Artist's annotation reads (lower center): 'Pencil, casein, crayon on Casein ground Fabrano paper' (under mat) In generally good condition; sheet is toned; minor surface soiling: a few scattered light stains, light smudges; a portion of the top of the oval sheet at center is missing (about 1/2 in. has been cut-off)--just below this cut-off area, the sheet is the original crème color for about 1/3 inch (perhaps artist's intention?); sheet is glued to the backing only at a portion of the upper right edge
