Condition

Overall the condition of the bronze is good, with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. The arms are cast separately and stable original joints are slightly visible below the shoulders. There is a minor stable casting fissure below the neck. There are a few areas of dryness to the patina, notably above the proper right breast, to the hip and abdomen on the proper right side, and to the proper left forearm. There is minor rubbing to the patina at the high points. There are a few very slight nicks and scratches. The underside is lined with green velvet.
