Condition
The wood surfaces present with minor surface scratches, nicks and some minor abrasions, consistent with age and gentle use. Minute wear and general abrasions to metallic handles. On the cabinet with four drawers, the middle sliding shelf with oval water mark (3.5 x 1.5 in.) and the bottom sliding shelf with a hairline split in the wood (approx.. 3/5 in.) radiating from the center, yet appears stable. The bottom filing shelf is fixed and does not pull out. On the other cabinet, the interior of the drawers with extensive scuffs, scratches and pencil/crayon marks- particularly present on the bottom drawer. The laminate top of both cabinets with light surface scratches, none of which are visibly distracting and consistent with age and use.
