Slightly scuffed and soiled labels, scuffed capsules, excellent levels, color and clarity
Roasted currants nose, very 1989. Roasted chocolate taste - heady and exotic. Blackberry liqueur. Sumptuous and almost 'oriental'. Completely eclipses the 1990. A recent bottle had a glorious cassis nose, utterly 'oriental' and spicy. So complex - divine. Aniseed and cassis - so gummy. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
