Catalogue Note

This rare work by Armenian/Lebanese artist Paul Guiragossian is a testimony of an artistic friendship between two creative minds. This painting was gifted to American artist Paul Lingren who travelled extensively to Lebanon in the late 1960's to attend several workshops. Guiragossian and him became close friends in Beirut where Lingren attended many of the artists exhibition. This work was exhibited at Galerie L'Amateur in Hamra in 1969.
