INCLUDES THE FIRST SEPARATE MAP OF SCOTLAND TO BE FOUND IN ANY BOOK, based on the 1546 map by George Lily. John Leslie was Bishop of Ross, and a staunch supporter of and adviser to Mary Queen of Scots. The work includes a fine genealogical illustration of her and the future King James.
