Cadell, 1777, FIRST EDITION, 2 volumes, engraved portrait and 62 plates and maps (of 63), many folding or double-page, double-page table in volume 2, bookplate of Sir William Forbes, dated 1760, [Beddie, BCJC 1216; Hill (2004) 358; Sabin 16245], lacking plate 40 (of Otago) at p.197 vol.1, many plates loose, plate 37 worn at edge, some plates with imprints cropped (eg. no.39 (severely), 55 and 60)
