Condition
Overall very good condition. This vase has finely articulated movement in the blossoms and trailing leaves and vines throughout the body. When viewed in person, the vase presents with rich ochre and amethyst tones that are not sufficiently represented in the catalogue illustration. The glass with minor scattered air bubbles and particulate inclusions inherent in the making and light surface scratches consistent with age and gentle handling. With a small burst air bubble in the upper portion of the vase. The interior with some pitting. The interior bottom of the vase is slightly uneven due to slight pooling of the glass on one side inherent in the production process, which does not affect the stability of the piece and is visible in the catalogue illustration. A very nice example with dynamic, richly colored decoration.
