Condition
Overall very good condition. When viewed in person, the vase presents with a rich, bright red, and the lower “lava” decoration displays a deep midnight blue and indigo palette with delicate iridescence, with is not sufficiently represented in the catalogue illustration. The glass with scattered minor air bubbles and particulate inclusions inherent in the making and with minor light surface scratches consistent with age and gentle handling. The interior of the vase with light surface soiling. A very rich and vibrantly colored example with nice scale.
