Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the acetate is lighter and brighter in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There are artist's pinholes in all four corners and to the center of the lower edge with some associated wear and discolouration. Close inspection reveals some short hairline cracks to the natural pigment in the top of the composition.

There I felt at home ...” (Giuseppe Penone in conversation with Catherine Grenier, in: Exh. Cat., Paris, Centre Pompidou, Giuseppe Penone, 2004, p. 257).
