Under the naked eye : We notice a slanting fissure from the middle of the upper edge crossing the branch. Aside from the fissure, the painting is in beautiful condition. It is painted with a beautiful material very thin and transparent that has well preserved its glaces. We also notice some traces of gilt on the shell and branch. Under U.V. light: We notice a green old varnish on the bunch of grapes. We notice some little retouching along the fissure.
