The shaped mirror plate within a gilt slip and further within a frame surmounted by a swan's neck pediment centered by a carved bird finial, the sides with foliage and fruit.

Condition

Regilded; some age thin cracks to mahogany veneers; minor bowing to cresting and apron consistent with age; giltwood eagle probably replaced although very well carved; the mirror plate is possibly original and with pitting and small losses to silvering and with crystallization; backboards appear to be original.
