4to (7 1/8 x 5 3/8 in.; 181 x 136 mm).  Woodcut device of Field (McKerrow 164) on title, wood-and metalcut initials; a bit less than an inch of the fore-edge margin of the title-page neatly (and inexplicably) cut away not close to any text, some very occasional dampstaining. Half calf antique.
