Title within border of printer's ornaments, decorative and historiated initials, printer's device in colophon, [6] 64 ff, incorrectly foliated; some marginal notes in a contemporary hand, light staining to a few leaves. Quarter green calf, red morocco gilt lettering-piece on spine, marbled boards, edges marbled blue; spine faded, light wear.
