Engraved frontispiece, B2r with row of fleur-de-lys ornaments, caption title on D3v in upper and lower case letters; repairs to lower outer corners of about 40 leaves occasionally touching text or catchwords, holes in lower right margins of H1–2 and 3P1–3 with substantial text loss, Y4 torn at bottom costing text in last line, quires 2X–2Z and 6B browned, long tear through 2Z2. Contemporary calf, edges stained red; rebacked.
