12mo (5 1/4 x 3 in.; 133 x 76 mm). Title within ruled border; last few leaves a little soiled, lacks final blank, imprint date altered in ink to read "1686." Nineteenth-century half black roan over marbled boards, smooth spine lettered gilt; spine defective.
