First edition. A fine copy with wide margins. Turner (d. 1713) was the vicar of Greenwich and the author of fifteen books (although Wing lists only this title). He states his message succinctly in the last sentence of his treatise: "Marriage is Honourable and the Marriage Bed undefiled: but Whore-mongers and Adulterers God will Judge."
