Large woodcut device on title and another at end [McKerrow 170, 179], medallion portraits within ornamental borders in the text, a few light stains, lower outer corner of title, Nnn4 and final leaf restored, affecting text at Nnn4 and colophon, supplied in manuscript facsimile, slight worming affecting text of some leaves towards the end, a few minor tears. Contemporary blind-stamped calf gilt, joints skilfully repaired but upper joint cracking,
