8vo (7 1/4 x 4 3/8 in.; 184 x 111 mm). Half-title, title within double-ruled border, divisional titles for "Several Stories of Ovid's Metamorphoses" (G3r) and "A Pastoral Elegy on the Death of Delia" (I4r); light browning in quires H–K.  Contemporary crimson morocco gilt, tooled with three central quatrefoils filled with large tulips and flower heads, the border composed of floral sprays, pointillé, and small circles, dentelles gilt, the spine gilt in six compartments tooled with one large daisy flanked in each corner by a small circle, edges gilt.
