4to (6 3/4 x 4 7/8 in.; 172 x 123 mm). Title within double-ruled border, text within ruled border with marginal columns for printed side-notes, woodcut headpiece and initials (some historiated). Nineteenth-century polished biscuit calf paneled gilt, gilt dentelles, spine gilt, two black lettering pieces; joints rubbed, upper joint starting at head of spine.
