Two volumes in one, folio (11 x 7 1/4 in.; 279 x 184 mm). Woodcut architectural title-page border with printer's initials at the base of the two columns (McKerrow & Ferguson 20), border repeated for separate title-page of Vol. II (with separate register and pagination), black letter, double columns, woodcut initials (some criblé, others historiated); Vol. I: title and imprint left blank, title-page soiled, extensive remargining of quire A, B1 extended, marginal discoloration in latter half, a few leaves lightly browned, lacks final leaf E6. Vol. II: pagination errors after 3A4, lacks 3A6, marginal repairs to title-page and to *1, *5–6 (with catchword on *5 supplied in facsimile), three lower right corners remargined, short tears repaired to bottom margins of three leaves, quire 3S extensively remargined, some browning and staining.
