Condition

(Karadaja) Pile ranges from 1/8th of an in. to low to knot heads throughout field. Scattered foldwear throughout. Some Kashmir repiling. Sides mostly later overcast and secured with a chain stitch. Flexible handle, sound fabric and condition. (NWP runner) Pile ranges from approx. 1/6th of an in. to low to knot heads and spot foundation throughout, scattered foldwear, scattered visible warp ties, scattered spot stains and surface dirt. Sides with later overcasting and some minor fraying. Ends with original flat woven finsishes. Sound fabric. Approximately 10ft. 6in. by 3ft. 2in. (3.20 by 0.97m.) (Heriz Runner) Pile generally low to knot heads throughout with some smaller areas with 1/10th of an in. pile. A 1 ft. 1 ft. area of field with warps pulling through. Both ends with losses to outer guard borders. Sides with losses to selvages, overcasting and fraying. Left side upper half with salvage now gone. In used estate condition. Approximately 16ft. 3in. by 3ft. (4.95 by 0.91m.)
