Condition
(runner) Pile ranges from approx. 1/8th of an in. to low to knot heads and foundation in areas of foldwear and oxidization and wear. Some scattered minor repileing to foldwear not extensive. Sides partially recast and partially reselvaged and now with losses on lower left side. Both ends with remnants of original macramé finish. Lower end with losses ot outer guard stripes. Organge chemical dye is now bleeding in areas. Supple handle in used but sound condition.
(rug) Pile generally low to knot head and foundation particularly to center. Scattered foldwear throughout. Reverse with original chemical color palate which is now faded significantly on the front. Sides with losses and repairs to selvages. Upper end with original flat woven finish. Lower end with losses to outer guard border. Supple handle. In used estate condition. Approximately 4ft. 1in. by 3ft. 7in. (1.24 by 1.09m.)
