In good condition overall. Some threads are loose. Some fading, but good color overall. Tarnish on the silver threads.

Catalogue Note

Betty Ring related the maker of this coat of arms to the maker of the Lemon and Harrison coats of arms which were worked in Boston at the Miss Cumings school, circa 1769 of the arms of the Hon. Harrison Gray. These were published in Ethel Stanwood Bolton and Eva Johnston Coe, American Samplers, The Massachusetts Society of the Colonial Dames of America, 1921.
