With the arms of Amsterdam beneath the bearded mask spout. Together with a German salt-glazed stoneware jug. 2 pieces.
Provenance
Robert Hunter, Period Antiques, Richmond, Virginia.
Condition
Bellarmine: handle restored; some chipping to the foot.
German stoneware jug: there is a large restored v-shaped break extending the length of the neck from the rim to the shoulder and which issues a haircrack further extending halfway down into the body; there is a second restored small break to the rim above the handle; and 1/4-in. rim chip; minor small chip to the underside of the edge of the base.
