Condition
The cover has three sections at the rim, each measuring between 1 and 2 inches, broken off, two of these have been restored back, one has been glued back and has an associated small rim chip. There are further minor glaze losses to the rim edge. There is some chipping to the flange of the cover, largest of which measures approximately 1/2 inches.
The pot has an approximate 2 by 1 inch area at the rim broken and restored back (the restoration is old). There are two 1-inch haircracks running down the rim edge. There are also some typical minor chipping and glaze chipping along the rim edge.There is a 1/4 inch long restored area on the lower end of the spout, which may be covering a glaze loss or a flat chip. Both handles have some shipping to the edges of the lower terminals.
