Probably Bristol or London, painted in the center with the scene of 'Temptation.'

Condition

There is a haircrack running down the rim all the way to the footrim at 7 o'clock and another shorter haircrack at 4 o'clock starting from beneath the rim edge and running to the footrim with an associated 1/4-inch chip to the footrim. There are several short haircracks running around or across the footrim. The haircracks are not visible from the front. There are very minor typical glaze abrasions to the rimedge,
