The first chair bears Roman numeral I on the side seat rail, the second bears III, one cushion seat frame marked VI and the second I; the third with V on inside seat rail and the slip-seat cushion III; the fourth with Roman numeral VI and the slip-seat cushion frame with V.

Condition
Overall good condition, secondary wood is yellow pine, one chair with iron braces in back side of seat rail.
