  • Inscribed J.K. 1774 on sulpher inlay on clock, and George Hoff / Lancaster on pewter nameplate

  • Height 86 1/2 in. by Width 20 1/4 in. by Depth 10 1/4 in.
Sulfur inlay in door J.K. 1774, dial inscribed GEORGE HOFF LANCASTER. Feet, sulfur inlay and the dial's corner spandrels replaced. Case retains a dark rich surface.

Condition

Images of clock before restoration available from department. It appears that there was a later cornice applied to top as evident from shadow, now removed.
